HelmsBriscoe has been chosen as AHDI's group room procurement solution to provide greater resources and increased support
to AHDI's meeting planners.
The name “HelmsBriscoe” is derived from the two founders Roger Helms and Bill Briscoe that started the company in 1992 with a very simple premise – by representing the client we can create the best match between the needs of the meeting and the right hotel. HelmsBriscoe will provide meeting planners with planning assistance for maximized time management, hotel expertise for more informed decision-making, and advocacy to face hotel contract and service challenges.
